1. Barbara knows what we are looking for. During initial phone calls, Barbara really tried to understand what we are looking for and used that as criteria to help us look for homes. The communication was great and we felt we aligned very well on the requirement and criteria.
2. Barbara is very familiar with the Austin area and she is very resourceful. We have been looking for homes on Redfin for months on our own. Then Barbara recommended several homes to us which we overlooked initially but they ended up better than what we found by ourselves. She also has a great relationship with other agents so was able to get insight before home went onto market. Considering the competitive market at this moment, it really helped us to eventually get the home we bought.
3. Barbara’s assistant, Sierrah is amazing. As a team, Barbara and Sierrah were always available to us and would always promptly respond to email/calls/texts. Sierrah is very dedicated, organized and on top of everything. They are both extremely patient and responsive, not only before the sell, also after we have questions after the sell.
