We listed our home for sale after we had moved as we had kids and two dogs. So we really needed a realtor who could keep a regular eye on our house as well as coordinate staging, cleaning and repairs as needed. Barbara was terrific – she was very responsive to our needs and went out to the house every few days in addition to open houses. She also coordinated staging, regular cleaning, painting as well as repairs that were agreed on with the buyers as part of the negotiation process. She has a complete roster of home repair professionals that can be used. Since this was also a corporate relocation she was very good at all the additional paperwork and dealing with the 3rd party relocation company.
